Enough is enough

Politics. What can you even really say. The election is over. And regardless of who you think should have won, support your country. The population has spoken. The results are in. And it’s time to live with the results for 4 years. Every election you have voters whose candidate lost and others whose won. You did what you can do, you don’t have to like it. You live with it. Bad mouthing and trying to undo what your fellow countrymen voted for and wanted is not the answer. Like, who wants a politician that would even think to try to undo what the American people want? We are adults. This sounds like a parent speaking or correcting a child’s choice of food. Which frankly doesn’t happen that much these days either anyway. The child chooses cake for supper but the parent says no you need to eat your broccoli, it’s better for you. But then again, nowadays we’re supposed to let children make their own decisions, right? All you heard before the election is that he’ll be a dictator, democracy will disappear. Yet you’re trying to manipulate and spin things so that the voice of the people is overruled, and trying to impeach him, what is that about. How is that different. The people didn’t choose broccoli, so you’re going to decide for us. You’re going to “fix it.” Fix our choice.  There are a few things in life that don’t make sense.  Insurance doesn’t make sense, and politics don’t make sense. And trying to change the election results any way that you can even though it’s clearly not what the people want. That does not make sense. And news stations that report and are so biased that they try every way in the world to suede you into believing that something is true, but it doesn’t “hold water” is insane. News stations are supposed to report facts and the truth, and frankly, every station that is baised and untruthful should lose viewers. Support your country, let him work. He has the weight of the country on his shoulders and a millstone of politicians around his neck. Help ease his burden.  And see what he can do for his country in 4 years. He gets nothing out of this. We are adults, if we choose broccoli great, but we can choose cake. And yes broccoli is healthy, blah blah blah but everything in moderation right. End rant.
